Background & Experience
Christina Blanchette brings a deep well of horticultural knowledge, professional experience, and creative vision to ReWild Savannah. A proud member and recipient of the Silver Medal Native Plant Habitat from the Georgia Native Plant Society and a speaker for garden clubs throughout the Savannah region, she is recognized for her expertise in native plants and ecological landscape design.
Her career began in nursery leadership as Nursery Manager at Cobia Clarke Nursery, where she honed her skills in plant selection, cultivation, and large-scale plant production. She later served as Live Goods Purchaser for three Ace Hardware locations in Savannah, overseeing hyper-regional plant procurement and developing an in-depth understanding of plant performance, sourcing, and seasonal dynamics. After years of shaping landscapes from behind the scenes, Christina founded ReWild Savannah to bring her experience, passion, and ecological stewardship directly to her community helping clients transform their visions into living landscapes that are both beautiful and deeply connected to the Low Country.

ReWild Savannah provides custom landscape design and installation services centered on the use of regionally appropriate native plants. Each project is thoughtfully planned to reflect the client’s vision while responding to site conditions such as soil, light, and hydrology. The result is a resilient, low-input landscape that enhances ecological function, supports local wildlife, and grows more beautiful over time.
Landscape Design and Installation
The Garden Partner service offers a hands-on, collaborative approach to gardening. Acting as your personal gardener and guide, Christina works alongside you in your garden—explaining techniques, sharing plant knowledge, and building your confidence as a steward of your landscape. Visits can be scheduled monthly or quarterly, depending on garden size and needs, and are designed to foster both a thriving garden and a deeper connection to the land.

Soil Remediation & Ecosystem Re-Naturalization (Rewilding)
Healthy landscapes begin below the surface. Through soil analysis and site assessment, ReWild Savannah identifies underlying issues affecting plant health and long term performance. From there, a tailored remediation plan is developed to restore soil vitality and correct imbalances.
This service can also include ecosystem re-naturalization. Often referred to as rewilding by reintroducing native plant communities that help return the property to a more balanced, self-sustaining state.
